What is a private tour?
A private tour means that you book the vehicle AND the guide only for you. No other passengers will join you.
What is the vehicle?
The vehicle is a confortable 8 seats (+ the driver) MERCEDES.
Where does the tour start?
Because it’s a private tour, we will pick you up at your hotel, B-B, train station…Where ever you like!
At what time does the tour start?
The tour is usually starting at 9.00 am at the pick-up point (to be determinated when booking).
However, the easiest pick-up point is Place de Québec, BAYEUX, 14400
At what time does the tour stop?
We are usually back 5.30-6.00 pm.
Where is the company based?
“UNFORGETTABLE NORMANDY” is based in the town of BAYEUX.
How about payments?
After the booking we will explain you by e-mail how to pay online. By the way, we use PayPal to ensure transaction security and credit cards compatibility.

Cancellation policy:

  • Over 30 days prior to the day of the service: 100% REFUND
  • Beetween 30 days and 15 days prior to the day of the Service: 80% REFUND
  • Beetween 14 days and 7 days prior to the day of the Service: 50% REFUND
  • Beetween 6 days and 72 hours prior to the day of the Service: 30% REFUND
  • Less than 72 hours prior to the Service: NO REFUND

How to book a tour?
It is very simple! You just have to answer the “booking questionnaire” and we will answer you shortly.

Is it possible to do the round trip from Paris in a day?
Of course! We can wait for you at the train of Bayeux and take you back on time at the end of the day.

Are the museums included?
Museums are not included but you will have a discount in many of them thanks to your guide.

How about lunch?
Lunch is not included but your guide will give you many options. Food is so good in France!

How to dress up?
We recommend you to wear warm clothes , and waterproof walking shoes. The best is a raincoat with a hood. Don’t forget you are in Normandy!

How about tipping your guide?
In France, tip is not included but appreciated. It is the expression of your satisfaction.
